The Log House at Chesley Creek combines the privacy and peaceful mountain setting of our cottages with enough space for up to four guests to relax, dine, and spend time together. With two independent upstairs suites, generous shared living spaces, WiFi, and a spacious porch, it’s an ideal Blue Ridge Mountain retreat for two couples, close friends, or a small family.

Each upstairs suite is its own private retreat, featuring a queen bed, couples air-jet spa tub, private shower, and individual heating and cooling unit. Downstairs, an additional full bathroom makes sharing the house especially comfortable.

Made for Gathering

The main floor is where The Log House really shines.

Prepare dinner together in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a full-size gas range with electric oven, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the tableware and utensils needed for meals at home.

Gather around the large dining table with seating for six, or settle into the living room beside the gas fireplace.

Outside, the spacious sitting porch has a gas grill, table, and comfortable chairs for morning coffee, leisurely dinners, or simply enjoying the mountain air.

The shared seasonal saltwater swimming pool is conveniently located just downhill from The Log House, and guests have access to approximately 20 miles of private hiking and single-track mountain biking trails throughout Chesley Creek.

Stay a Little Longer - and Work From the Mountains

With reliable WiFi and plenty of room to spread out, The Log House also makes an inviting work-from-home escape. Extend your weekend into the week, bring the laptop, and trade the usual surroundings for a few days in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.

When the workday ends, you’re already on vacation.
